如何判断我的Wi-Fi是否使用802.11n连接？

我有一个802.11n兼容的适配器和路由器设置为使用N协议传输（所有设置在自动）。我想知道我是否真的在使用它，或者我是否在用a/b/g协议连接。

我用的是Windows 7。路由器是Cisco Linksys 1200N。
